Description

Finely chop the onion.Heat a frying pan over a medium heat, then add the oil.Cook the onion, until starting to soften .Add the minced beef and cook until browned, then add the diced chorizo. Once the chorizo is browned, stir in the tomato puree, chopped tomatoes and bay leaf. Season to taste, then add pinch of sugar. Cover, turn the heat down and simmer for 20 mins. Meanwhile bring a pan of salted water to the boil, then add the spaghetti. Cook, according to instructions, then drain. Divide the spaghetti between 4 bowls, then spoon over the bolognese sauce.Sprinkle over the grated cheese and enjoy
